The Brewer's Table presents Hopsimath Beer School Series
Laura Christie, certified Cicerone and owner of Hopsimath Beer Education, will present a four-week beer series. Guests are invited to explore the elements of beer through an interactive experience that builds sensory memory and vocabulary. Each one-hour class will focus on specific elements of beer and brewing. A special recommended flight of three beers will complement each lesson along with sensory materials and information to take home.
These 1-hour workshops for up to 10 guests will focus on the specific elements of beer and brewing:
- October 8 - Beer History and the Brewing Process
- October 15 - Malt & Water
- October 22 - Hops & Yeast
- October 29 - Adjuncts & Wood
