Belen and Paul have joined forces to curate a selection of wine pairings celebrating Spain's recent fascination with the mencía grape, which is native to Spain and Portugal and produces a rich, aromatic wine. Chef Ryan Shields has prepared a series of hors d’oeuvres and four specialty courses to complement the pairings, including Branzini Crudo, Grilled Housemade Morcilla, Braised Lamb with mushrooms and chickpeas and family-style Torrijas for dessert.
