Parkside Projects beverage director, Paul Ozbirn, will explore the world of vermouth: a fortified wine aromatized with local botanicals and produced throughout the Mediterranean. Learn about the rise & fall of vermouth culture in America, and why the aperitif is experiencing a recent resurgence. Class will include a guided tasting of eight different vermouths from across Europe. Hors d’oeuvres will be served to enjoy throughout the tasting.
