Chef/Owner Michael Fojtasek has created a dining experience exclusively for this collaboration at the C.L. Butaud tasting room. With bread oven in tow, Fojtasek will be baking his breads on site, and C.L. Butaud have chosen a selection of wines to pair with his dishes, including one library wine from their California days and two current release CLB wines.
In addition to Fojtasek’s three James Beard finalist nominations for Best Chef and one for Best New Restaurant, Olamaie has been named Austin’s best restaurant three times by the Austin American Statesman (placing in the top five every year since its inception).
