Cannon + Belle will have a final Texas spirit pairing dinner of the summer with Deep Eddy Vodka Distillery. The six-course dinner will feature special dishes from Chef Yesica and cocktail pairings made using a variety of Deep Eddy vodkas.

• Belle’s Greens - Hydroponically-grown lettuce, dehydrated strawberries, fresh summer berries, honey chevre, granola brittle, orange vodka; Paired with Summer Fling featuring Deep Eddy Vodka
• Summer Catch - Mackerel, crushed watermelon gazpacho and lime; Paired with Summertime in the ATX featuring Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
• Just Peachy - Cornish hen smoked in vine leaves, roasted peaches, sweet & sour peach vodka bbq, charred candle fire okra, crispy cornbread polenta; Paired with Head in the Clouds featuring Deep Eddy Peach Vodka
