Cannon + Belle presents Winter Brunch With Peter Maffei

Join Executive Chef Peter Maffei of Hilton Austin’s newly opened Cannon + Belle Cooking School to learn how to create delicious and non-traditional brunch, featuring dishes from his restaurant. Each course is paired with champagne or sparkling wine. The cooking class is open for ages 21 and up.

Menu includes:

  • Baked Eggs: Harissa, Braised Mushrooms, Farm Eggs and Buttered Toast; Paired with Vibracions Cava
  • Housemade Lamb Ham Moltulenos: Black Beans, Spiced Tomato Sauce, Corn Tortilla and Peas; Paired with La Galope Rose
  • Crab Cake Benny: Jumbo Lump Crab, Poached Farm Egg, Grilled Sourdough topped with Old Bay Hollandaise; Paired with Nortico Dry Rose
  • Ms. Eberly (Croque Madame): Housemade Ham, Smoked Gruyere, Brioche, Farm Egg and Spicy Greens; Paired with Dr L Riesling
