Chef Yessica Arredondo’s menu will include:
- Beef Tongue - red shrimp and mandarin, leek sprouts
- Bone Marrow - juniper brine, oxtail marmalade, parsley salad, grilled sourdough
- Caesar “Creme Brulee” - parmesan mousse, veal jus, baby greens, parmesan crisp
- Dover Sole - slowly poached in Rousanne wine, spices and herbs, tomato fondue
- Smoked Beef Tenderloin - pink oyster mushrooms, crispy heirloom potato, brie ricotta, Little City coffee butter sauce
- Lime Sabayon - cucumber ice cream, cashew macaroons, toasted white chocolate, jasmine
