Start of the 4th of July early with a celebratory parade beginning at 10 am at the Cedar Park Center and traveling down Discovery Boulevard to the Cedar Park Recreation Center. Following that, there will a little shindig at Milburn Park, with fireworks at about 9:15 pm.
