Réveillon is a long dinner party traditionally held on the evenings preceding Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Chef Henri promises not to keep you at Central Market quite that late, but you will still experience the Réveillon tradition through this special Antoine's Restaurant menu. Henri will discuss the history of the restaurant and its dishes, demonstrate the preparation of each dish and serve them paired with wine.
