Chaat Shop owner and chef Joshua Thomas will be taking over Congress, transforming the textures, flavors and spices found in Indian cuisine into an exquisite five course dinner. The menu includes spiced beef, lamb puffs and coconut shrimp curry as well as an optional wine pairing.
