Chipotle and Urban Roots team up to present a documentary that can teach you everything you need to know — and then some — about organic food. In Organic We Trust features farmers, organic certifiers, scientists and organic critics to try and present a balance and informative look at this growing movement in food culture. 

Following the film, a panel discussion will further discuss the topic, featuring the film's director Robert Kiplin Pastor, Urban Roots Executive Director Max Elliott and State Representative Eddie Rodriguez.
