The Bastrop Area Cruisers car club is honoring American veterans with its 11th Annual Veterans Weekend Car Show in downtown Bastrop. Cruise in to kick off a weekend full of live music from DJ Don Lane, local eateries and dozens of classic cars. Enjoy the show and vote for your favorite car - and keep your fingers crossed it'll be recognized at the awards ceremony. Also, drive over for the Veterans Tribute Ceremony, which includes a parade, flyover, guest speakers and patriotic music.
