Independence Day is Lakeway's biggest celebration of the year, with a parade kicking off at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 4 along Lakeway Drive. The parade will be followed by a hot dog reception provided by HEB Lakeway at the Lakeway Activity Center, and a special $4 entry fee at the Swim Center all day. There will be a special military flyover at 9 am on Lakeway Drive near Cross Creek Road.
There will also be a patriotic-themed Rhythm & Reels event July 1 at City Park.
