CultureMap Austin presents the launch of our newest signature event series: The Tailgate.

In Texas, tailgating is more than a party in a parking lot - it’s a lifestyle. CultureMap's Tailgate is a celebration of the culture of sports - all sports - and the fans who cheer them on. This event combines the best parts of tailgating with the elevated, but playful experience you've come to expect of a CultureMap event. It will be fancy - but not stuffy - featuring chef-driven food and signature cocktails, plus game-day-inspired activities, entertainment, and more.

As part of our celebration, we will shine a spotlight on sports-related nonprofit organizations, their impact on the community, and the inspiring athletes that support them. Guests can expect to meet and engage with notable sports figures in fun and surprising ways, especially during our VIP hour.

General Admission Tickets include bites by participating restaurants, complimentary premium beverages, and access to partner activations throughout the event. VIP Admission Tickets include early admission (6 pm) for first access to bites by participating restaurants, free valet, and a dedicated VIP bar, along with access to elevated activations during the VIP hour.
