Lisa McPike Smith creates dreamlike constructions from original ceramic work combined with found objects. Some pieces have an aqueous underwater feeling that transports the viewer to a state of calm meditation; other works provide a whimsical commentary on life’s vagaries.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through October 1.
