Desert Door Texas Sotol will host its WILD event series in partnership with FosterATX, featuring three custom curated meals and experiences, inspired by and taking place in the wild.
Three local chefs are joining Desert Door on this al fresco journey: Julien Hawkins of Hestia, Amanda Turner of The Fiery Talon, and Ty Burton of Contigo. They will each be preparing a menu of hunter gatherer themed cuisine. Hand-crafted cocktails specially designed to complement the menu will accompany each meal. Along with the meal and cocktail pairings, there will be three fin and field experiences where guests will have the chance to adventure around and learn about the lush surroundings.
