District Kitchen + Cocktails partners with Austin’s esteemed urban winery, The Infinite Monkey Theorem, to host a private wine dinner. The dinner will feature an original menu designed by District’s Executive Chef and Owner Amir Hajimaleki paired with IMT’s latest, most-celebrated Texas vintages for a flavorful experience.

Guests can reserve a seat to enjoy Chef Hajimaleki’s curated five-course dinner menu alongside IMT’s Texas wine pairings. The evening’s menu includes:

First Course:

  • Fig and goat cheese tartlet with a truffled fois gras mousse and crispy prosciutto
  • Wine pairing: 2015 Texas Chenin Blanc
  • Palate Cleanser: Celery lime sorbet

Second Course:

  • Smoked & seared duck breast with a creamy polenta cake, sea beans, and tawny port reduction
  • Wine pairing: 2015 Texas Merlot

Third Course:

  • Kitchen Pride yellow oyster mushroom carbonara, crispy pancetta and Romano cheese
  • Wine pairing: 2015 Texas Tempranillo

Fourth Course:

  • Sous vide reverse seared lamb rack and dauphinoise potatoes with a curried apricot mint jam
  • Wine pairing: Blind Watchmaker Red Blend

Fifth Course:

  • Brûlée figs with aged balsamic swirl ice cream and honeycomb crisp
  • Wine pairing: 2014 Texas Bubbles Universe
