The Darrell K. Royal Research Fund for Alzheimer's Disease has partnered with the Alzheimer's Association for a free speaker series to present a free public lecture at Austin High School, featuring field experts Dr. Hunt Batjer, M.D., chair of the Department of Neurological Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Dr. Munro Cullum, Ph.D., chief of psychology and director of neuropsychology at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
The fall speaker series will address head injury among athletes and measures for safer play.
