eventdetail

Since the opening of their shop, the team at Dolce Neve has graced Austin’s South 1st Street neighborhood with their truly authentic Italian gelato. Now, for one day only, Dolce Neve is teaming up with with Lenoir’s renowned pastry chef, Thomas Calhoun, for a unique collaboration.

Guests have a choice of two types of sweet treats. The first is a flaky, buttery pastry cylinder with a chocolate base, filled with Dolce Neve’s traditionally made and locally sourced gelato, in either cocoa nib-infused cream or matcha pistachio flavors. The second delectable treat is the traditional Italian tuppo, a fresh, warm brioche paired with horchata gelato.

A portion of the proceeds from sales at the event will be donated to rehabilitating central Italy in light of the recent, devastating earthquakes.
