Dream Come True Foundation Austin presents its 2018 fall fundraiser, “Passport to Your Dreams,” which celebrates the many achievements of the “Dream Achievers” in the last year while raising money for its important mission.
The Dream Achiever Award for 2018 will be presented by Heather Brunner, CEO of WP Engine. Quita Culpepper is receiving the award this year and she will share her inspiring story with attendees. Individual Dream Achievers will also be recognized for their accomplishments in 2018. Austin Mayor Pro Tem Kathie Tovo is the emcee of the event. Other past award winners include former Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo, Mayor Steve Adler, Bishop Sterling Lands and Eugene Sepulveda, CEO of Capital Factory.
The silent auction includes a party for 20 at Eastciders with band; a party for 20 at Maggie Louise’s Chocolates, a favorite by Oprah Winfrey; a deep sea fishing trip within Corpus Christi and a vacation to Santa Fe in a traditional Southwestern house in distance of the Plaza.
