- First Course: Assorted Breakfast Pastries and Fruit
- Second Course: Housemade Bacon, Leek and Gruyere Quiche and Greens with Sherry Vinaigrette, Toasted Walnuts, Manchego, and Dried Cherries
- Third Course: Beef Tenderloin with Lump Crab Bernaise and Dijon Horseradish Sauce, Roasted Potatoes, Haricot Vert
