The East Austin Handmade Arts Market returns with the 10th Annual Surf By Surf East. There will be 13 surf rock bands on two stages from all over to entertain the audience (playing with no overlap). DJ Baron Mind will regale with surf classics as well. An array of Austin artists and artisans will have their wares on sale.
