Celebrate the launch of Celis Raspberry, one of the recently resurrected local brewery's most popular beers back in the '90s. The release is timed to coincide with the birthday of original founder Pierre Celis, and his daughter, brewer/owner Christine, will be on site to lead the festivities. Easy Tiger will have Celis White on draft and a special chocolate torte cake pairing made just for the occasion.
