Eeyores Birthday Party is technically an annual fundraiser to benefit nonprofit groups in Austin. Unofficially, it's a big outdoor hippie love-fest where anything goes as long as it doesn't harsh anyone's vibe. Musicians will be jamming, artists will be painting faces and bodies, and prizes will be awarded for the most original costumes. The nonprofits will be selling food and water and beer to keep the party going. Surprisingly, this is also a child-friendly event, with plenty of face painting, instruments and actitivies for the kiddos. A perfectly weird way to celebrate Austin.
