Emmer & Rye will host Michelin-pedigreed Slow Burn chefs, Andy Doubrava and Tiffani Ortiz, for a menu takeover. Slow Burn is a roaming restaurant practiced as an experiment in closed-loop cooking in an effort to highlight the beauty of biodynamic farming, food preservation and locality.
Chefs Andy and Tiffani will showcase five menu items in addition to Emmer & Rye’s regular menu, with highlights including their famous pork chop.
