Épicerie is hosting another exciting and educational pairing class with Abita Brewing. The evening will be hosted by Épicerie's cheesemonger, Dan Largess, who will guide guests through the pairing process and explain the flavor profiles of each cheese. Hunter Roberts from Abita Brewing will be on hand to answer questions about the featured beers.
