Gusts can celebrate the launch of Fairmont Austin, Desert Door Sotol, and Vista Brewing’s new series, Desert Skies, with a special dinner menu curated by Garrison Chef de Cuisine Jordan Sanchez.
The Desert Skies partnership features beer aged in freshly-used Sotol barrels. The meal will be paired with Vista Brewing beers and Desert Door cocktails crafted and selected by Fairmont Austin Beverage Director Andrew Grenz. Pairings will include the first from the Desert Skies series as well as aged Desert Door Sotol. Menu items will include dishes such as snapper crudo, short rib agnolotti, and roast lamb.
