Fall Creek Vineyards will celebrate the National Day of the Cowboy with a cowboy-style dinner, courtesy of Cowboy Cook, Curtis “Curly” Harris, who will be cooking up an authentic menu of the early years of the cattle drives in the 1800s.
The evening starts with Curly providing a short history of the chuckwagon and cowboy cooking while guests enjoy a welcome glass of wine paired with an appetizer of black bean hummus on a tostada chip. Dinner will feature a true cowboy menu, including pork loin, Whistle Berry Beans, cabbage slaw, cheesy cornbread, and cobbler for dessert.
