Celebrate National Day of the Cowboy at Fall Creek Vineyards with a cowboy-style dinner, courtesy of Cowboy Cook, Curtis “Curly” Harris, who will be cooking up an authentic menu of the early years of the cattle drives in the 1800s.

The evening starts with Curly providing a short history of the chuckwagon and cowboy cooking while guests enjoy a welcome glass of wine paired with an appetizer of black bean hummus on a tostada chip. Dinner will be served at 6:30 featuring a true cowboy menu:

  • Chile Verde, pork loin with tomatillos and green chiles
  • Whistle Berry Beans, an original chuckwagon recipe
  • Cabbage Slaw with creamy dressing
  • Cheesy Cornbread
  • Cobbler for Dessert
