The Fall Creek Vineyards Wine Dinner will have a special guests & winemakers, Ed & Susan Auler. The multi-course dinner with wine pairings will be hosted by Erin Bergstrom,  Food & Beverage Manager; Scott Cohen, Executive Chef; Alex Altamirano, Executive Sous Chef; and Sofia Tejeda, Pastry Chef.
