Some of Texas' top chefs will go whole hog for the Austin Food & Wine Alliance's 4th annual Wine & Swine Pig Roast.
More than twenty-three chefs will prepare their best sweet and savory dishes for the yearly pig roast that raises funds for culinary grants. Some of featured restaurants include Contigo, Noble Sandwich Co., Salty Sow, Swift's Attic and more. This outdoor event includes live music, wine tastings and plenty of pork bites.
