The annual Jaycees’ Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival returns to Downtown Marktplatz in Fredericksburg, Texas for Memorial Day weekend. The festival will feature activities for the whole family including Cajun food, live music and crawfish races. A special Creole brunch features a special appearance by Chef John Russ of the renowned Lüke San Antonio.
