Freedmen's May Whiskey Dinner

This month's dinner features two expressions, TX Blended Whiskey and the newest addition to the family, TX Straight Bourbon. Brand Ambassador Rachel McDuffie will walk guests through a guided tasting, the history of the distillery, and share how this Texas whiskey originated.

1st Course:

  • Deconstructed Smoked Mexican Street Cornbread

2nd Course:

  • Smoked Beef Cheek Stuffed Gordita

3rd Course:

  • Smoked Fredericksburg Peach Tres Leches
