Freedmen's September Whiskey Dinner will feature Bulleit Bourbon, Bulleit Rye, and Bulleit 10yr. Brand Representative Lana Lindsey will guide through the tasting flight of each Whiskey.
- 1st Course: Sticky Ribs: Pork Riblettes with Texas Fig & Balsamic Jam, Charred Scallions, Fresh basil and mint salad. Crumbled Gorgonzola Piquante
- 2nd Course: Bloody Mary Beef Brisket w/ Raw Celery and Creole Green Bean Slaw, Horseradish Champ. Spicy Smoked Tomato Confit
- 3rd Course: Chocolate and Beetroot Brownie with Smoky Salted Whiskey Caramel and Classic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
