Green Corn Project presents Grow Locally, Cook Globally Fall Festival

Green Corn Project’s 21st annual “Grow Locally Cook Globally” Fall Festival is a family-friendly event that offers a wide assortment of food and drink, live local music, a children’s activity corner, a silent auction, and a docent-led tour of East Austin's most historic Texas farmhouse, Boggy Creek Farm.

This year’s event will feature more than 20 restaurants and food/drink artisans, including ASTI Trattoria, The Backspace, Buddha's Brew Kombucha, Cafe Josie, Contigo Austin, Dolce Neve, Eden East Austin, Foreign & Domestic, Hideaway Kitchen & Bar, Hoover's Cooking, Lenoir, Odd Duck, Olamaie, Pitchfork Pretty, Sala & Betty, Suerte, Texas Coffee Traders, Texas French Bread, Thai Fresh, and Wink Restaurant & Wine Bar.

Dripping Springs Distilling, Saint Arnold Brewing Company and Texas Keeper Cider will be among the local vendors offering adult beverages. Entertainment will include a performance by one of McNeil high school's best stringed instrument chamber  groups, the Luna Quartet; dance tunes by the Hot Texas Swing Band; and toe-tapping fiddle songs by Camille, Sasha K.A, Chris, & Taylor.
