Tender Rough Rough Tender is a new play about sex, loneliness and the long hot Texas summer. Bell is emptying her life; Mike is trying to fill his up. After they meet at a party, it’s a long, dusty road lined with wildfires and blueberry pancakes before they have a chance of really seeing one another and what kind of life together they might spark.
