Stephanie Urbina Jones will take the stage to celebrate the release of her classic country mariachi album, Tularosa. The night will also recognize Día de los Muertos, or "Day of the Dead." The performance will be broadcast live on Sun Radio and on eight stations across Texas simultaneously.
David Beck's "Tejano Weekend" will start the show and Urbina Jones will perform after. There will be a public altar (ofrenda) at the foot of the stage where people can bring pictures and memorabilia to honor their loved ones who have passed. This will also be a night to honor and celebrate the lives and music of artists like Patsy Cline, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Townes Van Zant, Johnny Cash and Selena.
