The 2022 H-E-B Austin Sunshine Run will feature a timed 5K, untimed 5K, timed 10K, and fastest dog in Austin 5K. The in-person race will be held at Vic Mathias Shore with the virtual race starting the same day and running from May 1-13, so participants can pick the day they race.
All proceeds from the race go directly to Austin Sunshine Camps, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, that provides free overnight Summer camp in Zilker Park and Lake Travis to more than 500 historically underinvested Austin youth every year.
