H-E-B's second annual Banana Blitz, inn partnership with Mayor Kirk Watson’s Generation ATX movement, is a family-friendly block party that will feature healthy snacks, fresh fruit, kid-friendly yoga, live music from DJ KICKIT, banana-themed STEM activities, a costume contest, bubble shows, frozen treats, and more. The event is designed to raise awareness of childhood food insecurity during the summer months.
