Olamaie and Executive Chef Michael Fojtasek will present the 4th Annual Heroes Rise Austin in honor of fallen soldier Mark Fitzgibbons, a former Austinite. The benefit will feature a private dining experience at top-rated Austin restaurant, Olamaie, complete with a three-course meal with wine pairings prepared by Chef Fojtasek. A cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres will take place beforehand.
