The Splash and Dash is a multi-sport event held at Quarry Lake at Pure Austin North. The swim will be one loop of the lake (about 750 meters) and 3 loops on the running trail (about 3 kilometers). Wave starts will be utilized, depending upon the total number of participants. Water and other nutrition products will be available, but organizers ask that you bring your own swim gear and running gear. Swim caps are required and will be provided at check in, but participants are welcome to bring their own cap. Stick around for hot dogs, chips, and tasty beverages after the run or just bring your own food and drink to cook it up on the grill. Results will be posted online with awards and prizes handed out to the top finishers.

This is a USAT sanctioned event, and all participants must have an annual USAT membership to participate or they purchase a one-day membership online with registration.
