Jane Karotkin, Administrator of Friend of the Texas Governor's Mansion has been trusted to decorate not only the Governor's Mansion for many years, but has also festooned the White House with gorgeous ornamentation.  Jane will instruct program participants in creating a festive and beautiful holiday wreath you can hang for many seasons to come.
