Once a year the maestros of flame and forge congregate on a Texas ranch to demonstrate mastery of open fire cookery in a celebration known as Al Fuego. Hot Luck’s main event is an open-air celebration of the world’s oldest culinary art - live-fire cooking, with styles from culinary cultures of all kinds.
