The Easter brunch menu will feature a wide array of unlimited options including breakfast items ranging from croissants and bacon to scrambled cage-free eggs; a made-to-order omelet station with a variety of ingredients including pulled brisket, mushrooms, and caramelized onions; a seared-to-order seafood crab cake station; fresh seafood featuring gulf oysters, smoked salmon, and seared Ahi tuna; local cheeses ranging from horseradish pecan cheddar to Deep Ellum blue cheese; an extensive salad bar; a carving station featuring smoked prime rib and herb-stuffed lamb leg with mint gremolata; and kids meals including peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, and more.
