LBJ Wildflower Center will play host to Scott Roberts of Salt Lick Bar-B-Que on October 4 for a special presentation and book signing of The Salt Lick Cookbook: A Story of Land, Family, and Love.

Scott will be discussing how he has taken Salt Lick and grown the once small family stand to a fully-fledged multi-faceted brand. Immediately following this 30-minute presentation, Scott will be available for a brief Q&A session before a 2-hour signing session for his highly successful The Salt Lick Cookbook.

Free dessert samples will be provided by Salt Lick during the duration of the book signing. The LBJ Wildflower Center café will also be featuring items inspired from recipes within The Salt Lick Cookbook on that Saturday and Sunday. Those who purchase one of these lunch specials will receive a 10% off coupon for the cookbook.
