Edible Austin is proud to present their third annual Chef Auction, a charity event benefiting Sustainable Food Center and Urban Roots. Taking place at the historic Allan House, guests will bid on unique culinary packages designed by exciting Austin chefs. Participating chefs include Philip and Callie Speer (Uchi, Uchiko and Swift's Attic), Jack and Bryce Gilmore (Jack Allen's Kitchen, Barley Swine and Odd Duck), Casey Wilcox (Justine's Brasserie), Allison Jenkins and Vilma Mazaite (LaV) and more.
