Chef Chris TenEyck, along with pastry chef Dee-Dee Sanchez, of Jack Allen’s Kitchen and local brewery Hops & Grain are teaming up for a five-course paired beer dinner. Guests will be guided through a culinary journey and will be able to sample six different Hops & Grain beers — one with each course, plus a welcome beer upon arrival. A representative from the brewery as well as JAK’s bar manager, David Toby, will be on hand, guiding guests through the pairings.
