
The Japan-America Society of Greater Austin will host their 2018 Gala, an international event that will bring together the Japanese and American communities to recognize leaders in the field of U.S.-Japan friendship relations.
JASGA will pay tribute to Kumiko Kitamura of AOI Pro Inc., who will receive the Bridges-to-Friendship award. Kitamura will also be the keynote speaker. Tomoko Ara of NTT Data Corporation and Dr. Patricia Maclachlan of the University Texas at Austin will be the guest speakers. Marie and Amy Yamamoto will perform Japanese classical dance (Nihon Buyo).
