Central Market is combating the monotony of summer days by offering a unique daycamp for little chefs from five to 12 years of age.
Each class is age-specific and caters to the needs of each age group. Students will not only master food-handling skills and cooking techniques, but will also learn the value of good nutrition, while exploring a world of new flavors created by their very own hands
For this age group, we focus on teaching kitchen basics and exploring new tastes. Cleanliness, food safety, nutrition, recipe comprehension, mixing and measuring are emphasized.
