LBJ Presidential Library presents Lady Bird's Birthday

The LBJ Presidential Library will celebrate Lady Bird Johnson’s birthday with day-long holiday activities, refreshments, and a special exhibit about the former first lady. Born in 1912, in Karnack, Texas, Mrs. Johnson was a wife, mother, grandmother, conservationist, political advisor to our 36th president, philanthropist, businesswoman, and first lady.

Guests can enjoy sweet treats made from Mrs. Johnson’s recipes, Christmas cookies, and spiced tea; a chance to create their own holiday ornaments; tax-free shopping in the Store at LBJ; and exploring exhibits and shopping with local authors.
